Understanding your design, and meeting your exact requirements
Understanding your design, and meeting your exact requirements.
Our designers will work with you to bring your dreams to reality. This new working system helps you to design every piece that will be unique and bona fide. Bespoke jewellery design service is a treat to you. At the initial stage of designing we discuss your idea of the personalised piece of jewellery and try to know what exactly you are looking for and what suits your taste. To cater the same we provide you professional feedback and ideas to start with. Depending on your budget we give you our expert opinion on the diamonds or colour stones sizes and quality along with the precious metal to be used in creating a unique piece that conveys your emotions and symbolises something distinctive and special to you. Bespoke appointments are held in a private meeting room with our designer at the mutually convenient time.
Sketch
Sketch
Every piece of jewellery at our workshop is made by highly skilled craftsmen. Our in-house design and production studio boasts exceptional facilities to ensure that each piece of diamond or gemstone jewellery is impeccably created. The process starts with sketching the designs on paper. We have a team of illustrators who will create a rough drawing of jewellery on the basis of your idea of jewellery discussed during the bespoke meeting. After presenting the first drawing of the jewellery the necessary changes and modifications will be made according to your suggestions. The improved version of the drawing will be presented once again for your final approval. During this process, our designer will be continuously in touch with you. At this stage, you are not obliged to incur any cost. You may or may not wish to proceed further.
Rendering your design in 3D CAD model
Rendering your design in 3D CAD model
After your final approval on the design sketch, our next step will be the CAD CAM 3D designing process. By 3D CAD model we mean a computer aided design which gives you a 3-dimensional view of your visualised jewellery piece with the help of software. Normally this process takes around one week. With the help of the CAD model, you will get an accurate view and idea of your jewellery article. During this step, if you still like to make any modifications or adjustments, our CAD expert would always be ready to assist you with the changes.
The Manufacturing begins
The Manufacturing begins
The manufacturing process comprises of 4 steps. Creation of Vax model, casting, setting - polishing and finally Rhodium plating. Our team of skilled craftsmen will work on the CAD Design which is approved by you. The process includes various steps like the sourcing of diamonds, precious gemstones, metal and creating a wax model of your design, converting wax model to actual metal mounting model etc. The process of manufacturing involves a lot of precision and skills for which our team is committed to. All the diamonds and gemstones which we use in your jewellery design are ethically sourced through most reliable and reputed sources. We use diamonds authenticated by grading laboratories like GIA, IGI, HRD. Continuous supervision, communication and coordination are maintained by the designer with the manufacturing team to bring your dream into reality in most beautiful and astonishing form. Rhodium plating involves covering the white gold surface with a very thin layer of Rhodium through electrolysis. Rhodium plating adds shine and sparkle to the jewellery piece. If the piece of jewellery is made in Platinum then it is not Rhodium plated.
