Delivery Policy

UK delivery

We offer free insured next day delivery for all UK orders.All our items are delivered in discrete shipment packaging (Royal Mail for UK and FedEx for non-UK delivery) with no indication of what is inside. The return address is listed as "sunshine exim" for insurance purposes. However, the actual jewellery is contained in a luxurious gift box with protective outer packaging.

International Delivery

We offer a free international delivery service for all europe. To rest of the world we will charge £50 delivery charges

If the delivery charge to the country of destination exceeds £50, we will contact you for payment of the excess amount. All items are insured against loss or theft and we request customers to inspect the parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt. Please note that we will not accept orders from the following countries due to an increase of fraud: Indonesia, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Morocco, Vietnam, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Israel, Iran, Cameroon, Gambia, and Ghana.

All international orders are sent using FedEx Priority. We may use other courier services if FedEx Priority is not available. Delivery with FedEx usually takes between 3-5 working days.

A signature will be required and if you are not available to accept the parcel FedEx will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange.

Following dispatch, we will send you a tracking reference so you can check the progress of your parcel online.

All taxes and duties incurred once the shipment has reached the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.Nayum will not take any responsibility for that.

Can I collect my item?

Orders can be collected from our Hatton Garden London office, as long as this has been agreed with the sales team (see contact us). The person collecting must be able to prove their identity.

Can I get my order earlier?

If you need your order to be shipped sooner, please let us know by calling 020 7096 0005 or email us at info@nayum.com and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation along with your shipment tracking number.

Is my order insured during shipment?

Your order is completely insured in the event it gets lost during shipment, It is important to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Nayumorders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.

Once the order has been received by the customer is no longer insured by us and we recommend you to have your item insured as soon as possible. We supply a valuation certification for insurance purposes with every order. 

Can you deliver to an alternative address other than billing address?

Yes, we can.If you paid by credit or debit card and would like your purchase to be delivered to a different address than your card billing address, we will require you to submit a proof of identification after placing your order. This can be a scan of your driving license, passport or utility bill. The name and address on the scanned id will need to match your billing address. Please send this scan to info@nayum.com. This is to safeguard our buyers from fraudulent activities.

If you selected "Bank Transfer" as your payment method you don't need to submit any proof of identification.

Delivery of in stock items

In Stock items displayed on our website are normally delivered within a same working day.  Common ring sizes usually in stock are J, K, L, M, N, O and P Wedding bands, solitaire engagement rings, and eternity rings are usually made to order.

.More complex items such as eternity rings, bespoke items and custom made jewellery can take up to 15 to 30 days.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are dispatched between  2 to 4 weeks from the date of order. If you require the item immediately we can fast track the order for an additional fee of £75.  In case you have the guarantee that your item will be dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order.

If you are not completely satisfied we will send you a full refund, terms and condition apply.  Custom made Jewellery and altered ring size Jewellery will not be returned.
