General Returns Policy
We are happy to give you a full refund for up to 30 days after you have received your jewellery. Our products are fully guaranteed to be free from defects or bad craftsmanship and only of natural origins (unless clearly stated otherwise). All products are hallmarked according to UK legislation, which guarantees that the materials have been checked by a UK government-approved agency.

How do I return an item?
To return your purchase to Nayum please call 00442070960005 and speak with a Diamond and Jewellery Consultant. You will receive a Return Authorisation Code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order.

Important considerations:

  • Return all the original packaging. You may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material. For example, the diamond certificate is unique and carries a £125.00 replacement fee.
  • Address your package. You will receive the address of a special destination for returns. For security reasons, do not write Nayum anywhere on the outside of the box.
  • Call before returning items. Any unauthorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
  •  Please retain proof of postage and ensure you have appropriate insurance cover as Nayumcannot accept responsibility for any items sent by customers that are lost in transit. 

The cost of returns is paid by you the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure goods arrive back with us safely. We recommend returning items to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery as it is safe, reliable and insured against loss. The average cost of this service is £6.45 insured up to £500. and it can be insured up to £2500 for the price of £9.45. These prices can change so please check with the post office before posting a parcel.Refunds will be made using the same mode used when purchasing the item. All items are the customer's responsibility until received by Nayum.

  Items showing signs of wear and bespoke orders cannot be accepted for return.
  Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.
 Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized by a jeweller other than Nayum, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Nayum return code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
